Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, fit preferences, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within the timeframe listed in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Do not send any item back without contacting us first.
Made-to-Order Products
Many items sold on the Site are made only after an order is placed.
Because made-to-order products are produced specifically for each customer, they may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Please review size guides, product details, colors, and order information carefully before purchasing.
